Mindfulness Yoga is a fun and practical activity for children. Our classes are designed to best support children to develop Mindfulness skills and gain confidence and the understanding to use them in their everyday lives. Our classes are run by Laura, a qualified Primary School teacher, who is passionate about teaching students how to look after their health and wellbeing through Mindfulness Yoga.

Our Vacation Care Programs are flexible to fit in with your needs and the number of students present in your service. They vary in length and content depending on suitability for your service. We offer half-day and full-day programs that can be tailored to suit your needs. Students will learn the foundations of yoga and breathing techniques with a focus on being mindful.
