kids mindfulness yoga classes
Mindfulness Yoga is a fun and practical activity for children. Our classes are run by Laura, a qualified Primary School teacher, who is passionate about teaching students how to look after their health and wellbeing through Mindfulness Yoga.
Our classes are run during the school term at Strength Lab.
We keep our class sizes small and personal, which means each class will have a maximum of 15 students.
Throughout each week we will teach the fundamentals of Mindfulness Yoga and develop skills in each child to better manage their emotions, mental state, and wellbeing.
how to prepare
We ask that children wear comfortable clothing appropriate for stretching and moving. We have all the basic materials (yoga mat, block and strap) that children will need for the session.
They may like to bring;
A drink bottle
Their own mat to lay over the top of ours
An eye pillow
