We would like to assure you that we are taking the health and safety of our students and our community very seriously

Keeping students safe and our covid plan

We keep our class sizes small and personal, which allows us to maintain social distancing between students whilst practicing Yoga. To keep students safe, any student who is unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms including a fever, cough, fatigue, runny nose, sore throat, and shortness of breath, is asked to please not attend the class. Additionally, if any student or someone living in the same household is being tested for COVID-19 and awaiting results or is self-isolating, we ask them to please not attend the class.

Upon arrival, everyone who attends our classes is expected to sign in using the QR code at the door.

We provide yoga mats for all students, but students are welcome to bring and use their own mats to use during our classes. We will be limiting the use of props during our classes at this time and will not be practising partner yoga in order to maintain social distancing.

At the end of each class, we will provide students with a santising wipe to wipe down any of the equipment that they have used, in preparation for the next class. This will ensure classes run on time whilst also ensuring our equipment is clean. Surfaces will be wiped down frequently and the gym is cleaned on a regular basis.

Due to the easing of social distancing requirements, parents are welcome to stay for the duration of our classes. We do ask that you adhere to social distancing requirements and respect others. Alternatively, you may choose to wait in your car or outside you are more than welcome to do so.
