Junior Primary Mindfulness Yoga Class 7

This week's class will focus on balancing and stretching into new poses while flowing through the movements. The classes will continue to help build on our strength and flexibility. The new breathing technique this week will help you to keep calm.

Primary Mindfulness Yoga Class 7

This class will bring together important teachings that we have practised continue to test your strength and flexibility. This flowing sequence will focus on leg strength and flexibility while continuing to build on our meditation and breathing skills. 

Before you Begin our Classes

It is important to remember that, as with any physical activity, injury is possible when practising Mindfulness Yoga. When you perform Mindfulness Yoga poses and movements, ensure that you practise within your limits and do not extend beyond these limits. If you feel any discomfort or pain, softly come out of the pose and do not continue these movements. When practising Mindfulness Yoga, ensure that you do not suffer from any known disability or medical condition which would prevent you from practising Mindfulness Yoga safely. Mindfulness Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. If you are unsure if any of these poses and movements are appropriate for your body, please seek medical advice.
