Junior Primary Mindfulness Yoga Class 6
This week the poses being taught will help to build strength as we move towards holding them for longer. Students will learn some new poses through this class and stretch out their muscles to help with relaxation.
Primary Mindfulness Yoga Class 6
Our Mindfulness Yoga class this week will begin to test endurance as we practice a yoga flow. The class will encourage extension into new poses and build strength in familiar poses.
Before you Begin our Classes
It is important to remember that, as with any physical activity, injury is possible when practising Mindfulness Yoga. When you perform Mindfulness Yoga poses and movements, ensure that you practise within your limits and do not extend beyond these limits. If you feel any discomfort or pain, softly come out of the pose and do not continue these movements. When practising Mindfulness Yoga, ensure that you do not suffer from any known disability or medical condition which would prevent you from practising Mindfulness Yoga safely. Mindfulness Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. If you are unsure if any of these poses and movements are appropriate for your body, please seek medical advice.
